Ex-Cop Sentenced For Molestation
IF WE CAN'T TRUST POLICE OFFICERS WHO CAN WE TRUST?This man is a sick individual. It has been noted time and time again by doctors and psychiatrists that pedophiles are not able to be rehabilitated...they cannot be 'cured'. This man will likely stay a predator for life. How was he a cop for 26 years without incident? What would make him want sexual relations with an 11-year old girl?
What do you suggest we do with this man?
Can you imagine a COP in prison?
If you've ever watched the HBO show, "OZ", you'll catch my drift...
A former Carmel police officer was sentenced Thursday to 40 years in prison for child molestation. Paul Terry, of Westfield, was arrested in January 2004 on accusations that he repeatedly molested an 11-year-old girl and attempted to molest another girl.
Terry pleaded guilty to three counts of molestation and one count of attempted molestation two months ago. A judge also ordered that Terry serve 10 years of probation after he serves his prison sentence.
The probation would require Terry to have no contact with the molestation victim or any female under the age of 18. He also would have to pay restitution to the victim and enroll in sex offender counseling.
Terry served on the Carmel police force for 26 years before his arrest.
