Tracy Gold, 35

Famous for her role as "Carol" on the 80's sit-com "Growing Pains". She was arrested in September 2004 for being under the influence while driving and injuring her husband and two children. In March, 2005, she was put on three years' probation, given 30 days of county work release, ordered to perform 240 hours of community service and had her license suspended for a year. The judge meted out the punishment two months after a teary-eyed Gold pleaded guilty to her role in a scary auto accident.






Vince Vaughn, 35

Known for his roles in such movies as "Wedding Crashers", "Old School" and "Swingers". He was arrested by North Carolina cops in April 2001 and charged with fighting in public for his part in a brawl outside a New Hanover County bar. During the melee, fellow actor Steve Buscemi was stabbed several times. Vaughn entered a no contest plea and the minor charge was dropped six months later.






Chris Klein, 26

Poor Chris...first he gets busted for drinking and driving, and then his fiancee, Katie Holmes dumps him and gets engaged to Tom Cruise two months later.

I wonder which sentence would be worse? Being engaged to Tom Cruise or jail time? I'd have to say jail time would be just fine with me.








Robert Iler, 20

Doesn't HBO pay you enough, kid? Known for his role on the Sopranos, he was arrested onManhattan's Upper East Side with two other teens on charges of second-degree robbery and marijuana possession.

Iler and his two friends were indicted for the robbery of $40 from two Brazilian youths.








Natasha Lyonne, 26

She's a real "american pie", ain't she? This American Pie co-star and indie film princess Natasha Lyonne was caught in Florida for drunk driving. Her ex-drunk beau is featured below for his own troubles.




Edward Furlong, 28

First known as the kid in the Terminator 2 movie, Edward Furlong is well known in Hollywood for his excessive drinking and partying. He was arrested in September 2004 for public intoxication following a bizarre incident at a Kentucky grocery store.

According to the Florence Police Department, the star and some pals were in a Meijer store getting rowdy and yanking lobsters out of the chain store's tank. When police arrived, Furlong, began to "turn around in circles" when an officer tried to frisk him.



Joshua Jackson, 27

Pacey, what has come over you? Joshua Jackson, known for his role as Pacey on the WB's popular show "Dawson's Creek". This fun filled occasion started when Jackson was arrested by Raleigh cops in November 2002 and charged with drunkenly assaulting a security guard at a Carolina Hurricanes hockey game.

Jackson registered a blood alcohol level of .14 (North Carolina's limit is .08) when tested at the Wake County Jail.



Mike Lookinland, 45


Holy crap Batman! It's Bobby Brady!


Lookinland was arrested in November 1997 by Utah cops for drunk driving after losing control of his Ford Bronco.






George Clinton, 64

We want the funk!

George Clinton, known for his 70's funk band was arrested in December 2003 by Florida cops and charged with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He spent less than an hour in the Leon County Jail before coming up with the $2650 he needed to bond out.




Brad Renfro, 25

Actor Brad Renfro was arrested by Florida cops in August 2000 and charged with grand theft after he and a buddy tried to boost a yacht from a Ft. Lauderdale dock.

Renfro, who was 18 at the time of his bust, pleaded out and was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay the yacht’s owner $4000 in damages.





Jason Patrick, 39

Actor Jason Patric was busted by Texas cops and charged with misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest and public intoxication. Patric smelled of alcohol and fought with police after they tried to cuff him, according to the probable cause affidavit filed in the City of Austin Municipal Court.

Patric's trouble began at 2:45 AM when he mocked a patrolman who sought to clear large crowd of pedestrians out of a roadway. Asked if he had a problem complying with the police directive, Patric "assumed an aggressive stance."

That, of course, is never a good idea when dealing with the fuzz. In short order, Patric tussled with the officer and fell to the ground with the cop (where he was eventually cuffed).



James Brown, 71

The Hardest Working Man in Show Biz was arrested by Aiken County cops in January 2004 and charged with domestic violence after allegedly pushing his wife to the floor during an argument at the couple's South Carolina home. Tommie Rea Brown, 33, suffered "scratches and bruises to her right arm and hip" during the bedroom dispute, according to investigators.






Tim Allen, 53

Yeah, Tim Allen used to be a big tool...a coke addict and dealer to boot!

In addition, he was arrested again in Michigan in 2004 for drunk driving a golf cart on a golf course.




Matthew McConaughey, 35

Matthew McConaughey was arrested by Austin, Texas police in October 1999 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a neighbor called to complain about music blaring from the actor's crib.

When police arrived, they found McConaughey dancing around in the buff and playing bongo drums. The drug charges against McConaughey were eventually dropped, though the star did plead guilty to violating Austin's noise ordinance, for which he paid a $50 fine.



Aidan Quinn, 45

Aidan Quinn was busted by Maine cops in October 2003 on a drunk driving charge. Maine police pulled Quinn over after they spotted him driving his rented Chevy Impala erratically. He was hit with the misdemeanor count after a Breathalyzer test revealed that Quinn's blood alcohol content exceeded the state's .08 legal limit.








Macaulay Culkin, 25

Macaulay Culkin was nabbed in Oklahoma for possession of marijuana and two controlled dangerous substances (Xanax and sleeping pills) for which he did not have a prescription. The bleary-eyed actor posed for the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office mug shot following a traffic stop of his buddy's car in September 2004. Culkin was arrested and briefly jailed before being released on $4,000 bond.




Jennifer Capriotti, 29

Jennifer Capriati was arrested by Coral Gables, Florida police in May 1994 and charged with possession of marijuana after cops went to her hotel room in search of a runaway girl. The tennis star settled the misdemeanor charge by agreeing to attend drug counseling.





Yasmine Bleeth, 37

Known for her role on Baywatch, in September 2001, this babe went on a major coke binge in Michigan and got busted by the cops for driving under the influence of a narcotic...




Scottie Pippen, 39

Houston police busted basketball star Scottie Pippen in April 1999 and charged him with drunk driving.

Cops pulled over the six-time NBA champ's Mercedes after seeing him use an oncoming lane to pass cars stopped at a red light. Pippen, who was playing for the Rockets at the time, failed a field sobriety test and refused to take a Breathalyzer.







Scott Stapp, 32

Former Creed frontman Scott Stapp was arrested by Florida cops in July 2002 and charged with reckless driving after his SUV ran off the road before swerving back into the proper lane. The singer was busted when an Orange County Sheriff's deputy happened to be cruising nearby. Stapp was released from custody after posting $500 bond.
