GO IRISH!!!

I was at this game! What a fantastic win!!!

As a lifetime loyal Irish fan let me tell you something about those Boilermakers:

You Purdue fans certainly can sit around in your stupid "Breakfast Club" costumes looking like complete DORKS...not even original, and talk trash all day before the game--but after halftime when your asses were sore and red, it got OH SO QUIET...

GOTTA LOVE IT....

Boilermakers' defense offers little resistance in loss

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Much less heralded quarterbacks than Brady Quinn had torched the Purdue defense this season. With that in mind, it wasn't much of a shock when the Notre Dame junior left the Boilermakers with that deer-in-headlights look on a warm autumn night.

Quinn, back on the field where he made his first start as a freshman two years earlier, was 20-for-23 for 283 yards in the first half as the 13th-ranked Irish cruised to a 49-28 victory over No. 22 Purdue on Saturday night before a crowd of 65,491, the largest at Ross-Ade Stadium since its renovation was completed prior to the 2003 season.

"We threw everything we had at him," Purdue defensive coordinator Brock Spack said. "We tried everything in our arsenal. Nothing worked."
