Why do women and girls have to worry about their safety at all times in society today? Why are there so many crimes against females by sex offenders and pedophiles?
These types of people need to be in PRISON. Not jail, but PRISON. It's pretty pathetic that a rapist gets less jail/prison time than someone charged with drug possession!!!
I am thinking about buying a non-lethal protection device for myself...you can't trust ANYONE anymore.

A teenager told police that a man chased her from a bus stop to her home after she refused to get into his car Monday morning.
The 15-year-old said she was waiting for a school bus near the intersection of East and Lincoln streets when a man, driving what appeared to be an older-model police car, asked her to approach the vehicle shortly after 8 a.m.
The girl said, "I was suspecting he was a police officer, I walked up to the car and he said, 'Well, you're looking pretty sexy today,' " The man asked if he could get to know her and then said she could make some money if she entered the car. T
he girl ran, and the man chased her on foot until she arrived at her home nearly four blocks away. "When he watched me come into the house, he ran."Based on the man's comments to the girl, investigators are concerned that the man "could be a pedophile and out to hurt these kids in the area," Indianapolis police Officer Paul Humphrey said. Police said they are investigating the incident.
Authorities said the man was described as being a white man in his late 30s to early 40s, driving what could be an early 1990s gray or silver Chevrolet Caprice that once served as a police cruiser.
