People are becoming sicker and sicker as the years go by. Either the media hasn't covered this problem in the past, or this is a true epidemic that needs to be evaluated by our criminal, legal and governmental system. If these men are released from prison, they will attack again and again. This is a mental disease we are talking about. There's no excuse for the behavior, but there is something in the brain that allows for sexual addiction and domination over anyone, especially young children who can't defend themselves.
PUT THIS GUY AWAY FOREVER! I wish Indiana could use the death penalty for SCUM BAGS like this.
PLAINFIELD, Ind. -- A 31-year-old man surrendered to police after being accused of raping a 9-year-old girl and capturing images of the attack with video and still-photo cameras.
Authorities believe the attack happened in Jeffries' former home on the 2100 block of Westmere Drive in Plainfield. Jeffries' brother found the video on Jeffries' computer and called authorities. Police said, "He was at his brother's home doing work on his computer and opened a video file and observed it on the screen," Fowler said.
Police said the video shows Jeffries taking still photos of the attack scene.
Jeffries faces five class A felony counts and four class C felony counts of child molestation.
Police said a 45-minute video found on Robert Keith Jeffries' computer shows him repeatedly raping the blindfolded 9 year old. Police said she appeared to be drugged.

Saw your post. Yeah he is bad. He should be put away for a long time, but I don't think he should die.
After all, I am the relative that turned him in. I think its sick, but death is final. Also, he ran, so there is no anything. I think its dumb that they let him go.
