6 year-old Aarone Thompson. This picture was taken when she was four. This poor child did not have her picture taken in two years. What kind of parent would miss out on capturing their child's growth on film. It just astounds me.
AURORA, Colo. — Police on Monday were digging in the yard of the family of missing 6-year-old, Aarone Thomas whom investigators believe was the victim of a homicide as long as 18 months ago.
Aaron Thompson reported his six year old daughter, Aarone, as missing on Nov. 14, saying she left the house after he would not let her have a cookie. Police have said Thompson is lying, but they did not elaborate.
Riddle said Thompson's mother is seeking custody of one of the seven, 11-year-old Aaron, her grandson. (This woman lives in a homeless shelter in Detroit...how is she going to get custody and provide for this child?)
Over the weekend, members of NecroSearch, a nonprofit group that specializes in finding hidden graves, joined the investigation into Aarone's disappearance. Volunteers from the Fort Collins-based group searched the property where Aarone lived two days after cadaver dogs searched inside and outside the house.
Family members have questioned the police decision to give up on finding Aarone alive and instead focus on the homicide investigation.

Investigators said last week that Thompson and Lowe had turned down their requests for interviews.
The lawyer representing Thompson and his girlfriend, Shely Lowe, did not immediately return a telephone message Monday.
My thoughts:
What are they trying to hide? If my daughter was "really missing", I'd be on TV in a second pleading for help. Any reasonable person could assert that this man is a complete liar.

I KNOW A LITTLE ABOUT CRIMINAL LAW, AND THIS LAWYER IS GOING TO ORDER THAT THEY NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE..IN FEAR OF INCRIMINATING THEMSELVES.
IF HE IS REALLY INNOCENT, THEN THERE WOULD BE NO ISSUE AND HE WOULD WANT TO SPEAK OUT. BUT HEY, I THINK DIFFERENTLY AND LIVE IN A DIFFERENT WORLD THAN THESE PSYCHOPATHS.
