Has anyone but else noticed that Ben Fawley, the Richmond photographer arrested today on child pornography charges (and with the dubious distinction of being one of the last people to see missing Taylor Behl), has a new look?

We rather got a shock from a before the child porn arrest view at Planethuff.com

Fawley has admitted to police he had a physical relationship with the 17-year-old Vienna girl the night she disappeared, and was one of the last people to see her before she disappeared. He has been identified as a “person of interest” in the investigation into Behl’s whereabouts.

As mentioned, Ben Fawley aka Skulz, is now under arrest for charges related to child pornography, seemed as though he might have been trying to manufacture an alibi here by claiming he was abducted himself the night of the disappearance of Taylor Behl.

A part of that posting includes the following:

I would just leave town, but the day before I was to head to Philly she made sure I couldn’t go. Friday thanks to her I now face more problems keeping me here.

Credible initial information that was received suggested Fawley had just recently entered into a contract to manage two buildings for his landlord for the period of one calender year. While it's possible any contract was somehow terminated, or Fawley was planning on not honoring one that may have existed - it would seem to indicate that Fawley wasn't planning on re-locating to Philadelphia prior to the disappearance of Taylor Behl.
